Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Processing typically takes a few business days. If a piece needs longer, we'll reach out at the email you provide.
Shipping
Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout, via GIG Logistics:
- Bowen / Iwo / Osun — free
- Lagos / Ibadan — ₦5,000
- Other Nigerian states — ₦8,000
- International — confirmed by email after you order
Returns
Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order reference, and we'll confirm the details and next steps.
Exchanges
For a different size or piece, let us know within the same 7-day window, and we'll do our best to sort a straight swap where stock allows.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us with photos as soon as you can, and we'll make it right.
